3. By Fax
Print out and complete the registration form*, include credit card information, and fax to (202) 269-0983.
Note: Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted by fax.
4. By Phone
Call (202) 526-4233 to register by phone. Please be aware that it may be necessary to return your call if all member service representatives are busy.
5. In Person
Print out and complete the registration form* include payment information, and drop off at:
